What’s included

Downloadable Bulk Beef software for WooCommerce and hands-on help configuring one farm’s beef reservation workflow with one processor template. Setup covers the cut sheet, ordinary-language choices, incompatible choices, optional charges, signatures and PDFs, deposit products, and hanging-weight balance invoices.

How setup works

After payment, download the plugin from your account and email your processor’s current blank cut sheet to support@bulkbeeftool.com. We’ll arrange setup with you by email. The processor must approve its cutting instructions before you use the template with customers. Additional farms, additional processors, or custom development require a separate agreement.

30-day refunds

If the pilot isn’t right for your farm, request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support from your purchase email address. Include your receipt or purchase reference. We’ll refund the pilot payment to the original payment method. Your bank controls when the credit appears. Refunding the pilot ends the included guided setup and account download access; your farm’s existing records remain in WordPress.

One payment

The pilot is US$99 and does not renew. Your farm’s own hosting, WooCommerce payment provider fees, email service, meat processing, and taxes are separate. The plugin’s included open-source code remains subject to its GPL-2.0-or-later license and bundled dependency licenses. This offer does not promise lifetime personal support or a specific future feature.

Your farm’s responsibilities

Keep WordPress, WooCommerce, PHP, and your payment provider supported and updated. Maintain backups and test the workflow before taking customer deposits. Your farm is responsible for prices, tax settings, processing arrangements, accurate hanging weights, customer communication, and reviewing the final invoice. Bulk Beef provides software and setup assistance; it does not sell or process meat.
